Barcelona Tournament Main Event Winner

The recent PokerStars Championship that was organized in Barcelona saw Sebastian Sorensson as the winner of the main event.


This Swedish semi pro player was a surprise win in this tournament, having played low stake games online mostly till now. He is a warehouse worker who is 27 years of age. When he came to sit on the Main Event there were about 1682 entries in the field. He was also playing at a live tournament event for the second time. After playing for a week he emerged victorious and gained the status of being champion of the event. This secured him the top prize as well as the title of a main event win of PSC Barcelona.

As per his own words as stated to the media people, he admits that he felt intimidated when he saw that there were over a thousand participants at the main event. Shehadeh Wins 888Live Barcelona 2017 Main Event

The 888Live 2017 Poker Festival Barcelona flagship tournament not only reached at its final stage, but also eclipsed the guarantee; the event generated 609 entries and the prize pool of €584,640 in the main event of €1,100.


After 22 levels of play and two days, only 25 players remained and come to the tables at Barcelona Casino.

Luigi Shehadeh the poker pro from Italy with his spectacular performance won the tournament. He is just 23-year-old and known as online MTT specialist. He made the trip to Barcelona with his brother Fares. After defeating many, Shehadeh made his way to the final table that had a nine-handed with nearly one third of the chips in play. Cunningham In WSOP 2016 An Average

The World Series of Poker (WSOP) 2016 continued in Las Vegas for $565 Colossus II drawing with the third and fourth of six starting fights.


In the live poker tournament the inaugural Colossus made a record. It drew 22,374 entrants. And to draw even more entries, the organizers did a little tweak in the format and structure of the game this year. This includes adding two more days of starting days. However, it seems that Colossus will not remove its predecessors until they draw more than 10,000 players in combined.
